If you no longer use the Japanese Kanji app (by Kandel G), you can request permanent deletion of your account at any time from this page. Even if you already uninstalled the app.
How to request deletion
- Step 1: Fill the form below with the email you used to log in.
- Step 2: We verify the email matches an account.
- Step 3: Deleted within 7 business days with email confirmation.
What data will be deleted
- Profile: name, email address and profile picture URL.
- Learning data: practice history, quiz scores, level progress, streaks.
- Leaderboard entry: display name, avatar and scores removed.
- Feedback history linked to your account.
Data retention: All data above is permanently removed. No personal data is retained afterwards.
Security logs required by law (if any) are kept only for the minimum legal period.
